We are very happy to have spoken to Martin Laing, Marketing Director of HASBRO WebTools Dvision, about their plans for the next 2-years, including their surprise announcement regarding plans to acquire the hobbyist gaming website, BoardGameGeek.  Whilst Martin was quick to assure us that no major changes were planned, they did intend to make the site more accessible to younger children by having more of a focus on games like Twister, Pop-Up Pirate and Guess Who.

BoardGameGeek were not available to comment.
