Neil and Laura produce thru-the-portal as a hobbyist activity in their spare time.  They often look for input from Mike, their 8 year old son, who is an enthusiastic gamer.

Neil Meyer

Neil is fairly new to social gaming, having first found Killer Bunnies in about 2005 and Ticket to Ride in 2007 when he met Laura.  His interest in creating a digital magazine was born when he tried to find more information about games in advance of visiting Essen in 2009.

His day job is running MiFile.net, an online medical service that allows subscribers to manage their emergency wishes and information.  Additionally, Neil is a qualified IT Programme and Project Manager, often contracting to large multinational IT companies.

He is responsible for editing the ezine and created the website.

Laura Meyer

Laura is a long time gamer, with a very respectable 200+ board and card games.  She enjoys family games and 'converting' new gamers to the hobby.

Laura works in Intellectual Property Law, and currently works in London - although she has also worked in New York.

She is responsible for making new contacts and reviewing the ezine before it goes into final production.
